First you have to register in developers.shutterstock.com API and affiliate.shutterstock.com affiliate programs and get security keys.

To activate Shutterstock API you should go to Admin panel -> Settings -> Stock API -> Shutterstock

You can promote the whole database or only your portfolio on Shutterstock (specify your author name in the settings).

The script creates an individual seo-friendly page for every Shutterstock media file.
